Weight and exercise: If you are even slightly overweight, lose weight. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day for 5 days/week. Consult a nutritionist for proper diet for a diabetic. Monitor your blood glucose and A1c. if your A1c does not stay below 7 you may need to take medication. Make sure that your blood pressure is normal. Wish you good health!
