My right side of jaw is clicking&popping when i eat . . i read on net its TMJ and i am dong some exercises. . i cant see a doc help me to do it on own?
My jaw is sore on the left side, it gets worse when I chew to the point that it seems to be popping/clicking. My ear and head take turns hurting as well. All my symptoms are alliviated by me being quite and not moving my mouth. Do I need to consult.
Dentist check today & I talked about my clicking/popping jaw (left side). His only advice was to continue wearing my retainer at night, to stop chewing gum, & to cut food into smaller pieces. I now feel the click even when yawning. Any advice?
