Understandable: Understandable but plz don't over think it and I would advise seeking and evaluation by a dentist/orthodontist about the TMJ and headaches because it could simply be an alignment issues or a grinding issue. If you are still concerned about the MS I would get advise from your MD

More likely migraine: Migraine can have visual effects and often people with migraine and TMJ disorder (and vice versa). MS is very different.
