when i yawn i sometimes hear a awful sound near my jaw. not a popping/clicking sound, sounds like flesh ripping. when open/close my mouth, it squishs?

TMJ problems: The jaw joint can get inflamed to the point of dislocation. Talk to your dentist or consult a Maxillofacial surgeon.
