Coccyx injury: I don't believe that a coccyx fracture would effect height. Injuries to other bones in the spine may cause compression and result in less height. But in this case - the fracture is to a tail bone - so I don't believe that would effect overall height. Perhaps another HealthTap provider with more knowledge about the spine - will have a more definite answer.
