I have exhausted my medical savings and i took a home pregnancy test which confirmed pregnancy. my issue is that i'm having severe pains and according to my research could be ectopic pregnancy which might rupture. i need to see a doctor?

Eval: Get eval ASAP. Ectopic pregnancy can cause lower abdominal pain / cramping or pain near ovary, mild vaginal bleeding, pain w urination or bowel movement with initial sx’s presenting within th to 8th week of the last normal menstrual period. With a later ectopic pregnancy, there can be heavy bleeding & pain.
