Many things possible: There are many causes of late periods including ovarian cysts, hormone imbalances, thyroid disease, pcos etc. If you miss a period for 3 months or late periods are common then it's best to see a doctor for evaluation. I would suggest you see an obgyn or a reproductive endocrinologist.
