Fatigue: There are a number of possible reasons people can be tired all the time & sometimes it's a combination of factors. Fatigue from poor sleep or underlying sleep disorder (eg obstructive sleep apnea) can cause fatigue that can take several weeks to recover from once corrected. Fatigue is very common in depression. Anemia from poor nutrition or from menses causes fatigue. A primary care doc can help.
