Tingling/slight pressure in scalp or just an inch or two away from the scalp... started about 6 days ago and it seems to start a few hours after i wake up until i go to sleep... is it a tension headache? is it paresthesia? should i go to hospital?

Location?: Where exactly? in the front, back? Behind the hairline? Sounds like a focal headaches, but depends on location. Probably not emergency room worthy.
