Also sleep apnea: You may be experiencing the symptoms of nocturnal seizures which are not well enough controlled. Also, be sure you don't have obstructive sleep apnea, which can cause gasping for air, nighttime awakening and headaches upon awakening. It shouldn't cause the tingling sensation though so be sure your seizures are well controlled.
