I am having headaches everyday with lots of pressure. have both high bp & pulse am on meds & acetazolamide with no relief. hospital won't help me ?

HYPERTENSION: Why hospital? Most probably your blood pressure is not under control, that is why headache is not resolving. See your primary care doctor regularly as his/her recommended schedule, follow instructions strictly including lifestyle change if advised.

Headache: The most common headache is migraine. It usually responds well to sumatriptan. Topiramate is a good preventive medication for migraine.
