Since last 7-10 days i have been feeling irregular pulsating in head . i tried my best to have good sleep fallowed by healthy diet. but it did not work to normalize it. need some prescriptions from physician?

Before prescriptions: A diagnosis will be needed. An exam will be needed in order to generate a possible working diagnosis and best would be to start with your GP, who is aware of your previous conditions and current meds you may be taking.
