What can happen if i dont go to the hospital n my hand cold and swollen?

Go to ER: A swollen hand can indicate that there is either an infection or a vascular problem. Either condition can cause your blood supply to diminish in the affected hand. If your hand is already cold, you have a very limited time before the tissues begin to die. Go immediately to an ER for evaluation and treatment.
