ER or Urgent Care: Your friend needs to be examined quick as, given circumstances, time matters. At this point there is at least chemical damage to the muscle, most likely infection as well that might result in catastrophic infections and loss of function. She needs help twice for her arm and for her addiction as she is now harming herself due to her habit. Please take her to a local Urgent Care!
