Cardiac risks: I am not aware of a LBBB being cause by Adderall. However, pt's with long or shorQT syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, past arrhythmia requiring resuscitation, direct current cardioversion or defibrillation, or overdrive pacing; hx of arrhythmia associated with death or sudden cardiac death are at higher risk with Adderall.
