I noticed a prominent blood vessel (vein) like varicosities near my tonsil (on the faucea). is it common a varicosities to be there? any treatment needed? thanks for any answers?

Tonsil varicosity ?: Chronic inflammation of tonsilar area may result in vein swelling. Best is to see an ENT physician for evaluation. If there is no bleeding or obvious pain this is not as described an emergent condition.
