Need more info: It would be better to reduce your intake of saturate fats, carbohydrates and lose weight to better control triglycerides. Make sure to consult a kidney doctor to make sure that your kidney function does not get worse. Wish you good health!

See Dr. about diet,,: It would be wise to work with a nephrologist/renal specialist and your primary doctor in this situation. There may be better ways to get triglycerides down like reducing your saturated fat intake and some exercise. The triglycerides also aren’t that high so moderate change in diet and coordinated therapy from your primary doctor and a renal specialist should help a lot. Best of luck.
