Observe: Treat the fever, provide fluids and follow up with your pediatrician., if there are additional symptoms or fever for more than 2 days. The source of the fever should be evaluated.

Febrile illness: Has she had any COVID 19 contacts? Is anyone else in your family ill? You say no other symptoms. This makes it less likely to be COVID but I concur with recommendation to observe for other symptoms as well. In the meantime, encourage hydration and rest.
