No: An occasional cough after having Covid is actually very common. The virus most likely caused some superficial damage to your breathing passages and your body is still healing those passages and removing the damaged tissue by coughing it out in mucus. You should not have shortness of breath or problems with your oxygen levels. if you notice anything unusual other than the cough call your Dr.

COVID 19: If a person had severe symptoms it may take quite some time to get back to baseline. Shortness of breath and coughing can be residual symptoms. Coughing a few times a day doesn't sound too bad. REF: https://www.bbc.com/news/health-52301633
