See your dentist: There may be some extra canals that are not evident on conventional radiographs and hence 3d or microscopy can help. There is always a risk of fractures and residual infection that my need further treatment. In some cases surgery may be indicated when medicines fail. Consult your dentist and ask for a referral to see an endodontist.
