Fatiuge: That is difficult to answer as first we need to know the cause of the fatigue. Is it infectious, nutritional, adrenal, thyroid, hormonal, Insulin resistance and sugar regulation etc. Some nutritional deficiencies that can contribute to lack of energy production include iron, vitamin d, coq10, magnesium, and chromium. I would recommend consulting your physician to evaluate the cause.
