Cancer?: It is very unlikely that you have any type of cancer with the information you provided. Your primary physician needs to find out cause of back pain likely it is mechanical back pain. Is there a strong family history of cancer in your family?

Does low vitamin D mean serious underlying issue like cancer? i havent test yet but my CBC, liver, urine, lipid are all normal. I have no symptoms.
If mid back and abdominal discomfort were caused by pancreatic cancer, would not blood work be off in CBC, amylase, or lipase in a 27 yo male?
