BPH: Your lymphocyte percent is high, but you don't mention the results of the rest of your cbc&differential cell count. Lymphoma isn't diagnosed by a cbc but bone marrow disorders may be. Your benign prostatic hypertrophy can be the cause of your lower abdominal discomfort. Your MD, who knows all your findings, is best to advise you as to what other testing may be advisable to evaluate your discomfor
