Headache: For very severe throbbing headache in someone who has never had migraine I recommend being evaluated in the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing as well as treatment are available. The diarrhea and various pains may be of infectious origin including covid19. These can also be addressed in the ER or by your physician. Meanwhile Isolate yourself from others but get evaluated.
