Have taken provera/clomid from 25mg-150mg. not producing big enough follicles.. what should be my next step?

Need a diagnosis: The first "next" thing is to have a firm diagnosis or diagnoses. If you are missing any elements of a basic fertility eval you need to complete it. Sounds like you are saying you don't get a dominant follicle on CC? Or don't ovulate? Depending on your diagnosis you might boost the CC with metformin or dexamethasone, or may be a candidate for gonadotropin treatment. Good wishes.
