A member asked:

How much time is required for psa to drop to it's original normal value after it was increased due to prostate infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Variable: It would depend on the type and severity of infection. It would be prudent to wait at least 6 weeks, to retest, after the infection has completely resolved. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
