I had umbilical urachal sinus surgery of my son 5 weeks ago but a little pus is coming from surgical wound now . a little stich about 1cm is seen out from wound whether it was internal or external suture . 90% of the wound is healed .plz help me.

Infected wound: Please see a physician right away, preferably the same surgical group that performed the surgery. Avoid tension or pressure on the wound. Check your child's temperature, and the drainage should be sent for bacterial culture. Antibiotics are indicated.
