Ive dental caries for a year but it isnt visible. my doctor isnt in town and wont be for the next 14 days. im seeing my boyfriend in several days and havent seen him for months. will i be able to kiss him? will i pass it on to him?

Dental Caries: Dental caries is decayed tooth structure caused by acids produced by bacteria in your mouth. Decay is not contagious. He has the same bacteria in his mouth, so there really is nothing to pass along in this regard.

Dental caries: That means bacteria-caused decay, infection, of one or more teeth. Decay isn't transmissible. The bacteria that cause the infection are. Dental caries does not self-heal. given time it will destroy your teeth and the bacteria will spread to other organ systems. See a Dentist. Get fixed. Don't delay.
