Confused...: ... New tooth ? Do you mean a new crown on your tooth, or at 49 years old a new tooth erupted? Can't tell why you have a cavity in that location, assuming that you do. See a local dentist for an exam.

Is it normal for bottom teeth to come in before top teeth?

Yes: The bottom middle incisors are almost always the first teeth and usually come in around 7 months old. However it is not a concern if the top teeth come in first. If your child has no teeth at 15 months old, your pediatrician will likely recommend a dental visit.

Air bubble in chest : Pneumomediastinum or air in the chest can come from lungs, trachea or esophagus. It can happen from deep sniffing, drug abuse, and heavy exertion. I see a number of teenager with lot of air in the chest from unknown cause. Air can also come from root canal. Air bubbles can also mean infection. It may be sign of grave disease process or it may be totally benign requiring simple observation.
