See Prosthodontist: See the expert - the Prosthodontist - for evaluation and treatment. Occlusion (bite) most likely cause. Are you wearing an occlusal / night guard ? You might have worn down your natural teeth secondary to clenching / grinding which might warrant the restoration you described. Same thing can be going on now. See the expert. Good Luck.

Eye check: This could be referred pain from your TMJ to your eye: but see eyeMD for refraction, Pentacam/or check of angle to be sure you do not have narrow angles & dilated exam; if all ok, it is likely referred pain.
