Talk to your OB: First off- Talk to your OB! High BP during pregnancy can indicate that you have Preeclampsia- which needs to be managed by your DR. At home you can: limit salt intake, stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet that is rich in plant-based foods and low in processed foods, get regular exercise, get regular prenatal checkups, avoid smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
