Notify your OB: Vaginal discharge in pregnancy could be amniotic fluid or infection. So it's better to check with your obstetrician.

Go to L&D: You have to get checked to rule out preterm labor (ptl). Go straight to the nearest l&d for evaluation. Symptoms of vaginal pressure and discharge are hallmarks of cervical change. Don't risk it, go on in.
