No: You can't yet be pregnant that quickly after ovulation. The pain could be from ovulation itself. Or the ovary could be twisting around a little bit. Implantation is still a few days away.

Hard to tell: Implantation occurs proximally 7 to 9 days after ovulation. You are too early to tell if pregnancy occurred this cycle or not.
