Start appropriate ..: Seems one has identified what some of the problems might be like; Stress, Unhealthy Eating, Lack of Exercise appropriate for Age, Inadequate Sleep, and Mind Set. With these insight, all one needs is The Will Power to address the identified problems. No One except One's Self can use One's Own Will. Just have to make up the Mind and "Just Do It" like Start appropriate Graded Exercising.

Many possiblities: First, 4 hours of sleep a day is not nearly enough; most people need at least 7 hours. Obviously a healthy diet is wise as well, not just for libido but overall health. You can have a Dr. check your testosterone level though it's unlikely to be a problem at your age. Also try a quality multivitamin and herbs like Ashwagandha and Ginseng. Exercise, meditation and counseling can help reduce stress.
