Associated symptoms: Constant headache since 4am and persisting, is probably not usual for one. Though additional information might be needed for clarity; like which part of Head hurts and associated symptoms like Fever, Watery Eyes, Sneezing, Flashing light, Dizziness... That said New persisting headache is a warning things are not OK. Best action is take OTC Tylenol or Panadol and go see the Doctor. Soonest.
