Perhaps...: I would worry about Addison's Disease with this kind of presentation. Although not a common disease, it is a disorder where the adrenal glands (on top of the kidneys) do not produce sufficient steroid hormones. It can present with many of the symptoms you report. Certainly other things can be the cause of your symptoms, but simple blood testing can evaluate for this.
