Imaging & clinic vis: Morning headaches are troubling and there are many causes for vertigo. I would start with a head ct to r/o mass effect, and then visit your primary care to assess for etiology of vertigo. Vertigo by imaging may need temporal bone ct and/or MRI internal auditory canals, based on symptoms. Also need to exclude optic pathway problems as cause of vertigo, roof spinning.
