So many nasal sprays: maybe that's the problem, if overuse nasal decongestant sprays, you may develop rebound congestion, besides it might not only be congestion, bacterial infection may need antibiotics, and perresistant inflammation may need steroids, local or systemic, so better see your doctor, best wishes
