What causes nasopharynx swelling? 3 months, lump sensation feeling of plugged mucus, no nasal congestion. tried steroid sprays, allergy meds, rinses.

Throat swelling?: I don't know if you are referring to the throat swelling or not . If so, you need to consult an ENT to find out. In the absence of nasal congestion, one would not expect steroid sprays , allergy med , or rinses to work.
