A doctor's visit: Looks like you already tried all otc remedies without symptoms relief, the next appropriate step is to come see a specialist in allergy or ent. Prolonged, untreated rhinitis can lead to more serious problems like chronic sinusitis. There are several good prescribed treatment options for your case.

Nasal steroids: If this is a temporary issue then short acting meds will help such as anti-histamines and/or decongestants. But, if it is a chronic condition then routine nasal steroids are indicated along with environmental controls (hepa filter, mattress and pillow encasements). If that still doesn't work it is best to make sure there is not a sinus infection (by xray) and consider allergy immunotherapy.
