7 year old daughter has been itching all over with no rash for the past 3 months. she also has had a small node on her neck that moves around when i touch it. i cant see it i can only feel it. she says it is not painful?

Dry skin: If there is no rash then this is probably just dry skin. Try using lukewarm water for baths instead of hot, and slather her with a child friendly, hypoallergenic lotion (no fragrance) while her skin is still moist.
