May be Allergy or: common viral illness. If she is up to date with immunizations, Measles is less possibility, but other viruses can cause rash. Make sure she drinks enough fluid. Avoid sunlight, can use OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 1 teaspoonful twice daily. If fever, lethargy, headache or any worsening, seek medical advise soon.

Papular Urticaria: Some kids develop a late allergic reaction to mosquito bites called papular urticaria. Is not a serious condition and can be controlled with antihistamines. The best way to make sure is to call the pediatrician in the morning so the patient can be examined. Thanks!
