Genital rash: Could be hair folliculitis! Also I have seen this happening in some patients with pinworms ( parasites).oner the counter treatment of parasites- single dose- is effective. Also try using diluted Clorox bleach bath ( 1 cup Clorox in 30 gallons water) as last rinse for 4-6 weeks.
