Hematuria: Reddish urine typically means that there is blood in the urine. There are many reasons that you might have blood in your urine. Some common causes are: Strenuous (difficult) exercise, kidney problems, Injury, Bacterial infection such as a urinary tract infection (UTI). See a Dr for a urinalysis. The urine can be tested for signs of an infection, kidney disease or other problems.
