Yes: Rifampin, an antibiotic often used to treat tuberculosis, can turn urine red. So can pyridium, (phenazopyridine) a drug that numbs urinary tract discomfort, and laxatives containing senna. Certain foods, like blackberries, beets, and rhubarb can do it; chronic lead & mercury poisoning too. Last but not least is blood turning urine red -- if not on these meds or eating these foods, please see your doctor asap.
