Several causes: Discolored reddish brown urine can be related to some medications, some food, or blood in the urine. Blood (hematuria) in urine is caused by urinary tract infections, enlarged prostate, cancerous and noncancerous tumors, kidney cysts, long-distance running, and kidney or bladder stones. If continues should consult physician to test urine and give examination.
