See a Dentist: Teeth don't rot from the inside out. Bacteria turn foods into acids which cause decalcification of the enamel, allowing bacteria to penetrate into the tooth. You can't fix a cavity, only a Dentist can. The longer you wait, the greater the amount of work required to fix your problem, the greater the cost. Cut your losses, see a Dentist now.
