Tooth: depends which tooth it is. molars could need a complex extraction but most of the others are simple. You dentist can tell you that after doing an X-ray.

Complex: The greater the destruction of the crown, the more compromised the roots, the more difficult the access. Ask your Dentist to evaluate. Referral to an Oral Surgeon may be in order.
