Discussion: You need to discuss this situation with your dentist. Extracted teeth can be replaced quite successfully with dental implants, but since each mouth is unique, the restorative aspect of your care needs to be discussed. It also depends on which tooth you are talking about.

Not usually.: You can have a dental implant or a bridge/ denture place at the time of removal of the tooth. It depends on the expertise of the dentist or surgeon you goes to , but usually it can not be done if you just walk in a practice and ask to remove the tooth in pain and want a tooth right away unless your condition is suitable for immediate implant treatment.

Not necessary: your dentist may wait a few months after removing the teeth to allow the area to heal to heal quickly and smoothly. Approximately four months after healing, you can get a permanent tooth replacement. Ask your dentist for more information.
