Sleep hygiene! : There are new medications that could help but sleep hygiene is better. It consist of training your brain to be able to sleep without chemicals. Sleep about the same time at night, be active during the day with plenty of light exposure and exercise. Avoid bright light like TV about bed time and read something boring so you could sleep. Avoid liquids at night and search internet for more on sleep.
